Obama could not defeat them in the last 3 years of his term.. Trump has all but wiped them out in a little over a year. BOTH PRESIDENTS HAD THE EXACT SAME MILITARY AVAILABLE TO HELP DO THE JOB. THIS SPEAKS VOLUMES.
