Perhaps a new law is need to make it illegal that anyone over the ago of 80 years may no longer legally vote. I’m sure those 116 year old voters will surely protest.

I am saying that the tools are absolutely there to check and see whether those voters are still alive.
Someone who actually made it to 116 absolutely has the right to vote.
