So what would be the real effect if the plane completed its flight and returned without the deportees? A furious judge is a major threat unless he is neutered. Every time a judge’s order like this one is complied with, it enhances their power and further reduces the ability of the Executive Branch to run the government and defend the country.

There is NO WAY Sessions could have been legally held in contempt of court.
