If transportation was not a problem, would you like to emigrate to the US?
Then, when 4 billion people respond in the affirmative, the talking point is created. How many of these 4 billion people do the Dems want to admit into the US and where will they come from?
Most of them and not from Europe, that was the deal Teddy made and we accepted.
