Shut down the FBI? Really?
Really. It has been compromised and corrupted at every level. The "good field agents" I keep hearing about were silent as all of this went on. Apparently they love their pensions more than country.
It can no longer serve as an effective law enforcement agency. It has simply lost too much credibility. Tear it down and start over.
