“Melvin Harris’ fiancée, Diana Jackson, says he and his 16-year-old daughter ...”
Melvin Harris’ fiancée,
Diana Jackson, says
HE and HIS 16-year-old daughter...
I realize the pronouns are supposed to be referring back to Melvin Harris, but INCORRECTLY so.
“Melvin Harris’ fiancée, Diana Jackson, says Harris and his 16-year-old daughter ...”
C’mon man, it’s only your profession, urinalism.
Harris should have taken the guy to the “train station”. (Yellowstone TV series)
It makes me sick how poor the grammar skills are of contemporaries. They don't understand antecedents, surface level case.
I/me confusion reigns on talk radio.
