Most current pathetic fools always have been pathetic fools. Hayden, as well as his counterparts in your Larry, Curly, and Mo trio of pathetic fools, were simply protected from exposure by being surrounded by a bureaucracy that protected them from complete exposure. On their own, their pathetically foolish nature is exposed for all to see (at least those of us who are willing to see it).
