The mayor, Wheeler, cut a deal, over a year ago. Antifa doesn't break any more windows or property, and the police budget can't afford the overtime to protect 'fascists'.

Note that no more car windshields at the local dealers have been smashed.

The patriots ALWAYS get permits, and are scrupulously careful about the law. Antifa sleeps in the arms of the local judiciary, and always seem to only get charged with misdemeanors, which means that jail has a revolving door.

Does Oregon have an anti-masking law. Many states do and it is a felony offense.
