If Sessions doesn’t piss or get off the pot by January, and Trump hasn’t fired him yet, it will affect how I see Trump.

We expected a no nonsense administration. Clinton and company have committed very questionable acts, and nothing is being done.

We had this problem with Bush, and I didn’t take it then. I’m not going to give Trump a different set of rules to play by.

While the Left takes his former employees down at will, we do nothing to start taking them down.

Enough is enough!

I’ll be more than happy to eat crow at some later date, but I’m not going to remain silent forever on this sort of thing.

Yeah, I’d say if that vaunted Plan has some offense in it, this wouldn’t be a terrible time to run some of those plays.

Trump knows whether or not Sessions is doing what he wants done. We don’t. Trump has the sole unfettered authority to fire him at will- Congress doesn’t have any right to interfere. SCOTUS Myers v US, the power to fire executive branch officers is a President’s alone. And Trump has a wide number of options for filling the AG slot, including recess appointment, transferring one of the other 50 officials already approved by the Senate, and the options in the Federal Vacancies Reform Act of 1998. He’s not at the mercy of Senate obstruction.
