Not at all. If CNN could buy airport time, so could OAN or Fox.
Just prevent CNN from locking out competition.
Open the airports and other monopoly public venues to multiple feeds.

The raw numbers are even worse. The highest rated CNN primetime show struggles to get a million viewers. Although to be fair combined viewership on all cable networks is maybe 6 million on a good night.
They had a monopoly, does not work otherwise. Thus the banning of conservative voices on the internet.

I was subjected to about half an hour of Chris Cuomo’s show while waiting to be seated at a restaurant. Even if I were Leftist I don’t think I could stand to sit through that guy’s insane ranting every day.
We must find a way to stop CNN from being on at the airports even when they agree to pay for it.
As I keep saying, county and city rec centers with exercycles, etc. have CNN on TV. College dorm and housing waiting lounges have it on. Hospital family waiting rooms do it. Commuter train stations have it on. Some restaurants have it on. And so on.
Get CNN propaganda off. We all know subliminal jingles from TV ads and the same applies to CNN phony news. One woman will say to her husband “I saw while I was waiting in line that even the GOP is deserting Trump and he’s about to resign.” “A panel said this Trump stuff is worse than Watergate.”
Such nonsense is dangerous.
My husband watches the leftie stations just to see what they are doing. I can’t stand to be in the room when he has them on. It is hate Trump, all the time.

Don’t want to start a fight between you and your husband, but I think you have it right, unless your husband is actively involved in rebuttal. A lot of Freepers watch that garbage and do nothing but seeth and boo. It’s demoralizing. It’s like porn — you can’t watch it just to see how bad it is.
I was in MCO yesterday with my phone to entertain me. The TV at our gate started showing The Simpsons but within minutes it changed to CNN and that moron Wolf Blitzer. The hate that poured out of that TV screen.....
I do recall reading a FR article saying that the show Pawn Stars on A&E is getting better ratings. Granted it’s a great show and Rick is a star.
A normal business of course would fire a swath of execs and management in order to try to right the ship.
CNN is clearly not a normal business.
I’m not gonna tell him what to do, he has the right to watch whatever he wants. And he just wants to know what the other side is saying. I see his point, you can’t have a good debate with someone if you don’t know their point of view. He doesn’t get angry at all, he just thinks they are idiots. I am the one that get mad so I leave the room. I never meant this to be a comment against him or anyone that wants to know what the left is thinking. Or more accurately, not thinking.

True, but listening to CNN is not like listening to a debate so you can rationally respond to the other side. We can’t debate with venom, any more than the Jews could debate with Goebbels. Some conservatives spend more time listening to venom than getting their message out. Glad to hear your husband isn’t one of them.

He is also allowing them to rent his eyeballs to their advertisers, thus bringing them more revenue.
Meanwhile, 3.8 Million Leftists tuned in to that guy on MSNBC, Rachel Madcow this week. That set a record.
Unfortunately they are still out there in force. CNN is merely one Media outlet.
Besides, the Ratings of traditional Network News Programs are in the tens of Millions, and they are just more subtle Partisans poisoning the Minds of their unsuspecting Viewers.
He doesn’t watch it long enough for that. He just flips from Fox to one of them to see what they are saying about the same story.
I would prefer to live in a cave and pretend that other peoples different points of view don’t exist. But I’m glad there’s people out there willing to check it out. Rush does all the time.
