How about they spend $1 million and have a series of commercials saying “CLEAN UP IN FRONT OF YOUR HOUSE or BUSINESS OR GET FINED AND GO TO JAIL”

The people would take care of the “homeless problem” themselves, in a week.

A few years ago, my daughter told me that she was accosted by a bum in a Walgreen parking lot. She almost pepper sprayed him.

I called the store manager to let him know that the bums were getting aggressive toward his customers.

He said “next time, drop him.”

She was looking forward to the opportunity but it never happened. That’s how you deal with these idiots.

There was a small Obamaville in my town. It was on private land that was tied up in probate so there was no real owner so no trespass charge could be laid. The mayor and police chief were very clear that citizens were not to feed the animals or bring them blankets or warm clothes. They were encouraging them to leave and we finally successful.
