According to reports from human rights organizations Saudi Arabia is about to behead female activist in public - Mainstream media is silent to avoid damaging the image of Islam. Esraa al-Ghamgam, a female human rights activist sentenced to death over her human rights activism after serving three years in detention. Her last words as she was sentenced to death were I am being killed innocent, I will seek justice from God. Saudi Arabia is the head of the UN Human Rights Council despite its worst human rights record in the world.
“Oh boy! Grubcakes again! Heavy on the 30 weight, mom!”
“Real gas music from Jupiter!”
“Sorry, but this is one of the areas I disagree with Trump on, he’s far too cozy with the Saudis for my liking. “
You still don’t understand Trump.
Sorry, but this is one of the areas I disagree with Trump on, he’s far too cozy with the russians for my liking.
Sorry, but this is one of the areas I disagree with Trump on, he’s far too cozy with the Chinese for my liking.
Sorry, but this is one of the areas I disagree with Trump on, he’s far too cozy with the North Koreans for my liking.
....
To be fair there are photos of the Bushes, and now Trump unfortunately, yucking it up with the Saudi royal trash.
We all miss Porgy -
I agree. No American official should ever, ever bow to get a medal from an F-ing Saudi. It is disgraceful. Bush Jr did it, Obama did it. Why? Why on earth do it?
I can understand having normal relations with the Saudis and their awful government (which reflects their awful culture). Sure. Carry out normal diplomacy, normal economic relations, etc.
But bowing to take a medal from these people??????

Good post.
Sad world in which we live —No good guys out there!
Thanks for that link. It makes sense now.
This is only part of the story and thus probably propaganda, fake news
Now don't go all "Jimmy Carter" on us now. That *IDIOT* bitched about the Shah of Iran killing 3,000 dissidents over a twenty year period or so, and did everything he could to overthrow the Shah without realizing that the religious nutbags which would take over were *FAR WORSE*.
They killed 10,000 people that first year. They've killed over a million since then.
The current King of Saudi Arabia is a reformer and he has supported many efforts to liberalize Saudi Arabia. This woman pushed to hard and too far.
Just like Western Journalists in China pushed too hard and too far and triggered the Tienanmen Square massacre, so too would this woman have created a backlash from the entrenched religious leadership.
The King knows what he is doing. He knows how far to push, and how hard to push. Over time, he can push further and harder, but while he is still trying to consolidate power, the last thing he needs to do is to allow the opposition a wedge issue to use against him.
Let's not make the idiot blunder that Jimmy Carter made in Iran. Saudi Arabia can be put into much worse hands than King Salman bin Abdul.
How are they better than Iran? Please sponsor massive amounts of terrorism around the world. They have built in America since 9/11. They have no elections. As individuals that are the laziest most inbred people on Earth as opposed to the Iranians that are educated and productive. Iran has zoroastrian, Christian, and even a small Jewish community. I would like to hear the argument that in any way Saudi Arabia is a better Nation than Iran. At best they tie in suppression of their population.
“Holy Mudhead, mackerel! More Science High...it’s disappeared!”
We should not apologize, and we should be ready to accept further retaliation from Riyadh, wrote Jim Warren, a columnist for the Toronto Sun. When we consider Canadian values versus Saudi Arabian values, we must stand up for what is right and for what we believe in. This will require sacrifices. Doing the right thing sometimes costs you something.
I wonder if the Canadians still feel the same.
So the UN’s head of Human Rights sentences a Human Rights worker to death. Anyone see the irony in that?
Typical UN logic however.

I see that now. Thanks for the links.
This pic says nothing about what you proposed. Accepting a gift from foreign dignitaries does not mean he is close to them.
