If there is not substantial illegal voting taking place in North Carolina why then do democrats oppose photo ID voting ???
I heard the SoS of Washington state say exactly what was not being checked. Kim Wyman was asked how they checked to see if ineligible aliens had voted, and she said they had no list to verify if they were eligible to vote, so she could not say if they had. In other words, they were on the honor system, but she was confident the penalty was so high they would not.
