Now they are investigating his foundation and it’s going to be interesting if they find something and try to impeach him on that while the Clinton money laundering foundation remains completely untouched.

Levin can make really bad calls on the politics of things, his pathetic cheeerleading of Ted Cruz long after Trump had secured the nomination being a case in point.
That said, his judgement and knowledge on legal and constitutional matters is unsurpassed.
