Excellent point considering Obama even used the term. I never heard the term whack-a-mole until a particular ex-POTUS used it. And a Phrase that I most despise, because of this particular ex-POTUS, is “let’s be clear” probably because this particular ex-POTUS was avaricious, and cautiously avoided profusion with cautious parsimony. Or perhaps just the slang to come out from those descriptions.
