I would also get VPN service from a reliable provider (I use PIA), and use it. You can bet your ISP is logging everything you do.

I have VPN but FR blocks me when I use it.

I can look at the main pages but not individual posts and definitely can’t post articles myself when on it. I get a 503 error.
