How many actually read the ACA Chuck? Pelosi, in all probability, still hasn’t read the ACA.
I can always tell the brightest officials, or Military Officers at press conferences. The bright ones actually answer the questions articulately, while the other dolts just delegate some staffer to answer the question for them, because they are completely unprepared or stupid. I see that a lot in our Congress as well. Non answers are really not answers at all and Chuck is famous for giving non answers to specific questions.
