If I were a student today, I’d seriously consider studying abroad.

I talked to a young guy from State College, PA, home of Penn State University. Despite growing up next-door he went to college in Canada. Said even though he could not get financial aid there his 4-year degree was still cheaper than he could have gotten at PSU with aid AND in-state tuition.
