A Grand Jury has been impaneled to investigate fired Deputy Director of the FBI, Andrew McCabe, according to a new report by the Washington Post.
Federal prosecutors in Washington are using a Grand Jury to investigate whether McCabe purposely misguided officials over his role in unauthorized disclosures to The Wall Street Journal.
The Grand Jury was impaneled months ago and so far more than one witness has been summoned who may have to testify against McCabe.

Federal prosecutors have for months been using a grand jury to investigate former FBI deputy director Andrew McCabe — an indication the probe into whether he misled officials exploring his role in a controversial media disclosure has intensified, two people familiar with the matter said.
The grand jury has summoned more than one witness, the people said, and the case is ongoing. The people declined to identify those who had been called to testify.
The presence of the grand jury shows prosecutors are treating the matter seriously, locking in the accounts of witnesses who might later have to testify at a trial. But such panels are sometimes used only as investigative tools, and it remains unclear if McCabe will ultimately be charged.
Attorney General Jeff Sessions fired Andrew McCabe on March 16th, just hours before he was set to retire with a big fat pension.

As I said on the other thread, this reads like a WaPo propaganda piece written to save the current Deep State configuration of the DOJ and the FBI, before Trump fires them.
Every time the pressure mounts, the DOJ moves one small step forward. They've been doing this for over a year.

Can prosecutors present a weak argument then come out and say “the grand jury said he didn’t do anything wrong?” Who are the prosecutors?

Yup. Every time Sessions came under fire from President Trump to ‘do something’, he went out the next day and made some stern statements about illegal ‘immigrants’. Pathetically obvious...
The deep state did not want to lose their best mole in the Trump admin.
