Particularly when we see all too clearly that the agencies that are under the direct control of the President seem to all tell the President to f*ck off as they directly countervail his directives. This next Census is key to taking back the country. On the contrary, we need Trump to appoint a Director of the Census that reports DIRECTLY to him and is a proven loyal supporter. The Treasury Dept. is the absolutely last place for the Census to be housed. It shouldn’t ever have been there in the first place.
