Trump needs to step up and own this.

Between January 2017 and May 2018, Trump used exactly the same “Catch and Release” policy for ALL non-criminal border jumpers that Bush Two and Obama used.

Until May 2018, all border jumpers were detained until a positive ID and criminal background check (country of origin and USA) were completed.

About 80% of border jumpers were cleared, issued a misdemeanor citation, given a court date, and then released into the USA.

The “Mexico Refugee Caravan” and the upcoming November election forced Trump's hand, and he ordered Sessions to fully enforce the law on ALL border jumpers in May 2018.

Today, I frankly don't know how much the border laws are being enforced - or not enforced - because almost nobody writes about the subject.

Trump is doing everything he can survivably do. He's got the left, msm and the deep state nipping at his left ankle. Then he has the right, ass holes like you, nipping at his right ankle. It is flat out amazing what Trump has accomplished given the opposition he is facing.

Yes. The Trump admin has so far folded to the America-hating Democrats and the cheap-labor lobby that dominates the GOP.

Not one serious fight yet for the “Wall”. It is always “not yet the right time” to fight for it.
