Bill was accused of actual rape by over 40 women. Not a “drunk teenager making pass at another drunk teenager 30 years ago”....Its a stretch to really call it “attempted rape”. Might as well say a hug is “attempted rape” too.

He certainly was told to get out of Oxford both the town and university his second year as a RS. Both town and gown had straight up rape allegation. The young woman was convinced not to pursue legal remedies as both town and gown made clear Billy Jeff would be made to go away and stay away.
