It will matter what can be proven about this incident that will make the difference. If Kavenaugh can present a witness to prove he was not there ... then this matter will be over.

If that was me, that would be the correct response, as I never attended ANY high school party. Therefore, I could categorically deny ever being at that specific party.

He appears very prepared and does his homework. Plus wasn’t his mother a judge? I got the clear impression during his hearings that he is very proud of his mother. I believe him.

He has just as much right to say he wasn't at a party she can't remember as she has to say he was at a party she can't remember.
when i was at the party, this young girl was plastered and trying to make out with every guy there... kissing on them and sometimes even licking their faces... i finally got her to go into the bedroom to calm down and she started taking her clothes off in front of my friend and i... i kept trying to pull her clothes back on and she was encouraging me to pull them off, until finally, my friend couldn’t take her drunken antics any more and pushed us off the bed... she then ran into the bathroom and started throwing up. we went back to the party and never saw her again... i don’t know her name, but i think about her every once in awhile and hope she got help for her drinking problem.

First time I drank was at a large graduation party (with parents present).
Maybe Kav was on a school trip at the time.
Hopefully overseas with passport customs stamps to prove it.

I wasn’t there, either. I went to one party that year, and since I was sober, I can remember whose house, when it was and who was there. I suspect if she were drunk, something did happen at some party, sometime, somewhere, but it probably wasn’t hte judge and his classmate.
If a total of four boys were there, perhaps they can verify that he wasn’t.
At “her” party, there was illegal drinking. It is reasonable for him to say that he went to no parties where drinking was involved. That, or he left when he discovered it did involve drinking.
If this can be confirmed as fact then I want a four-alarm press conference to blast the filthy dirty smear tactics of Feinstein and Democrats. In their recklessly craven attempt to win power they demonstrate they have no compunction whatsoever with trying to DESTROY another human being.

Unless she specifies what party it was, its kind of hard to prove one wasnt there. Now I doubt he went to any drinking party at all, but how does one prove that?
It would be funny if one of Kavanaugh’s classmates came forward and said “I was the one who groped that girl at the party.”
