Does anyone remember the good old days when the U.S. Senate took a firm position that there was no way a person (named Lewinski) was going to be allow to enter the US Capitol and testify about a sexual relationship with a democrap President? The US Senate had “standards” and was not going to allow itself to be used as a latrine to serve the prurient interests of the vast electorate.

Yes, there obviously have to be hearings. Some woman from the gay bay, who cannot be corroborated, and who has zero proof, says her titty got squeezed sometime in the early 80s. There clearly -have- to be hearings about this.
