A third high school student Brett Kavanaugh accuser Christine Blasey Ford claimed attended a party more than 35 years ago where the future Judge Kavanaugh attacked her denied any memory of the alleged incident in a letter to the Senate Judiciary Committee, CNN reported Tuesday. CNN obtained a letter from Patrick J. Smyth, a Georgetown Prep alum who graduated in Kavanaugh’s class, to Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and ranking Democrat Dianne Feinstein (D-CA). The letter was penned after Ford apparently identified Smyth as “PJ” – another teenager who was one of around five people at a drunken gathering in a Montgomery County, Maryland, home in or around 1982.
“I understand that I have been identified by Dr. Christine Blasey Ford as the person she remembers as ‘PJ’ who supposedly was present at the party she described in her statements to the Washington Post,” the letter, penned by Smyth’s attorney, Eric Bruce, reads. “I am issuing this statement today to make it clear to all involved that I have no knowledge of the party in question; nor do I have any knowledge of the allegations of improper conduct she has leveled against Brett Kavanaugh.”
Smyth remains Kavanaugh’s friend and had already written to the Senate Judiciary Committee in support of his nomination to the Supreme Court, calling him “singularly qualified to be an Associate Justice on the U.S. Supreme Court” in a letter co-authored by Georgetown Prep classmates of Kavanaugh.

In America, you dont try a person in a court of law or the court of public opinion based on a 36 year old allegation and transfer the burden to prove that person’s innocence on the person against whom the allegation was made! I said before on another thread that the sexual harassment chronicler Ronan Farrow has no doubt been investigating this story from top to bottom, trying to see if there are other women to come forward and make similar accusations because it is alot easier to do if you are not the first. The fact that he has found none speaks volumes about this charge.

Ford has had many of her High School Classmates including Actress Julia Louise Dreyfus supporting her.

March 2012, the left was preparing for a possible Romney win. They assessed that Kavanaugh would be his Supreme Court pick and this accusation was ready to go. Then Obama won so the story died. Now its reemerged. Read last few lines of this 2012 article

scheduling a hearing, especially probably already knowing Ford isn’t going to show, is simply a countermove against the anticipated attacks on the GOP by the Dems after Kavanaugh is affirmed ... the Dems are going to try to claim the Pubs tried to cover up high crimes and misdemeanors, and the Pubs can respond that they scheduled hearings on the issue and it’s not their fault the Dems fake accuser refused to show up ...

Supposedly Rush Limbaugh said the Ford woman had an identical letter against Neil Gorsuch, that he did this same attack.
There are rumors that DiFi had this letter.
