“Democrat Governor threatened to yank their liquor license, eh?”

Got any idea what an ‘All Spirits’ (ie. liquor) license cost’s in Bozeman?

Try $1,000,000 plus, and NO the Governor (POS) can’t take a license...Just beer and wine is about $400,000...

As for the venue it’s NOT a super nice place (used to be an Italian restaurant) and it’s in a $hitty location, for Bozeman.

Heck, we had a terrific social at the Museum of the Rockies last Thursday evening with a full bar and the Dinosaur Exhibit was open to us (NO food or drink).

Yes, I live in Bozeman (actually just one mile North of the city boundary, happily).

The headline did not match the story. The story said:

the Midtown Tavern said it will not host the event since the tavern does not wish to take sides in the hotly contested Senate race between Rosendale and incumbent Sen. Jon Tester.

The tavern's owner never mentioned "refusing" or Don Trump as the reason. Only the "frisco kids" did.
