Looks like Mr. Grassley has located his spine.>>>>>>>>>

Yes, Chuck decided to stand by the standard of due process and
the Constitutional duty of confirmation process.

Why should the nation require that all presidential appointees for Senate confirmation be pu$$y whipped? Its ludicrous and unconstitutional.

Kudos to Chuck Grassley.

There should be rules and regs, I want to carefully say this......

There should be rules that for jobs requiring Senate approval, hearings are held, etc.

There should be rules that no new information can be introduced after the hearings are over. There should be rules that we’re done with hearings, now it’s time to vote.

They shouldn’t be able to take advantage of the time between the conclusion of the hearings, and the committee vote or Senate vote, to drop bombs such as this.

This whole thing is horse blank in my opinion, however, if it were to be discussed at all, it should have been discussed at the hearings. We know Feinstein had this info. and decided to sit on it.

Speak now or forever hold your peace. You shouldn’t be able to detonate neutron bombs after the official evaluation process is complete but the vote has not yet occurred.
