just heard on one of the FOX stations while I was in the other room some guest they had on say that her attorneys are negotiating for immunity from perjury.

I have no idea who the guest was and I only heard a bit of it, but he said perjury to the judicial committee is a felony, and can land you up to 7 years in prison.

I have no idea if this is true or not, or if I mis-heard it, someone here will know more how that works.

This is how she will bail out and keep her dignity. "I couldn't testify with sufficient certainty to protect myself from exposure to criminal charges."
