The full story of the conspiracy to blackmail Clarence Thomas into withdrawing will not be told until after the Senate votes on his confirmation Tuesday. But the outlines of the plot to use Anita Hill to bring him down are clear.
Ricki Seidman, aide to that defender of womanhood, Senator Ted Kennedy, and James Brudney, aide to Senator Howard Metzenbaum, were tipped off by the legion of liberal activists digging for dirt that Professor Hill harbored a secret grudge against Judge Thomas.
They called her and persuaded her to file the accusation that the reassembled Bork Brigade thought would surely bring him down. As the chosen instrument of the conspiracy to scare the nominee into withdrawing, Ms. Hill was assured by new and old friends that it could all be done from ambush; that her name would never be used publicly, or even made known to her target.

The tactics are the same and many of the players are the same.
Ricki Seidman who worked to sabotage the Thomas nomination is also working to undermine the Kavanaugh nomination. The media is playing the exact same role.

It must be purely coincidental that Ford has retained the services of the same Ricki Seideman who attempted to blackmail Clarence Thomas into dropping out as a SCOTUS nominee.
Strangely, the mainstream media has not made this connection.

That there is no evidence because Ford will not going on the record, or she's playing the role of a terrified victim after contacting senator Feinstein then wiping her online presence two months ago is not worth reporting.
The older I get, the more I get tired of being treated as stupid by the news.

I would like to see Trump withdraw Kavanaugh’s name or have Kavanaugh withdraw and have the president put forth another conservative nominee and watch the left scramble. It would be clear to one and all just how “fair” the dems want this confirmation to be. I wonder how many people they have lined up to go up against other names. Probably a slew of them. Rush seems to think or was going by what someone else said that they will bring forth more to make new accusations about Kavanaugh.
Kavanaugh could tell them to stuff the job - he has a life to live. Who on earth would want to take on this process? Do we have the stuff to reverse this on the dems when they get the power back? I wonder!!!
We never do anything to the Dems. Their people sail right through. That’s a big part of the problem.

Don’t think they don’t have scads of fake news/dossiers on any potential conservative SCOTUS candidate, already in the hopper. The despicable LSM is at their beck and call to help push such fabrications.
Also...there would be no ‘just going back to life’, for Kav. He’s a marked man, tainted just like they tainted Sarah Palin, and other conservatives. Just like they TRIED to taint Clarence Thomas.
Thomas bucked up and fought the good fight.
I, for one, thank God that he did just that.
Kav needs his ‘high tech lynching’ speech moment.
Kav deserves now, more than ever, to be our next SCJ.
Is it all worth it, at the end of the day? I don’t know. You’ll have to ask Justice Thomas.
