Maryland doesn’t have a statute of limitations for sexual cases.
But, it’s she said he said about 36 years ago. But, lunatic liberals are preparing to go for it.
They had a Statute of Limitations but they changed the Law a little while ago.
Not sure if they can retroactively go back but the day the change was signed into Law should be the effective Date.
That means it has no effect in this situation, not that the Law has anything to do with reality.
