Sadly, most Republicans have not publicly stated a position and I think it’d be risky to presume they are Yes votes because they have scurried for cover and hiding.
You may be right, but I wouldn't count out the power old McConnell has. After years of mediocrity, he isn't letting his legacy of rebuilding the judiciary go down without one heck of a fight.
