Yep, that will happen, hopefully later rather than sooner. But when it does, packing the court will not be a good strategy for the dems. FDR tried it, with dems controlling both houses, and total control of the broadcast media (the radio in everyone's house who could afford one), and he got his wings clipped, big time. Granted times have changed, but this is still America (if we can keep our republic).
