Imagine if she doesn’t after all these delays! A person posting at the Daily Mail who is a psychologist and a rabid Leftist according to her other posts said right away that she doesn’t believe her. She said victims don’t forget all these details. She said memories of traumatic events are called “flashbulb memories” and are lasting. Certainly, this smacks of failing to give any info that could be denied by others, such as the host of the party, when and where it was, how she got there, and how she got home.
We’ll see if she actually shows up Thursday or requests another extension.

The fact that Ford cannot remember two points that could absolutely exhonorate Kavanaugh, WHERE AND WHEN the incident happened, makes me believe she is a lying schemer. He could have a perfectly traceable alibi for, as an example, if she claimed it happened in the month of August, 1982, or even the SUMMER of a specific year...he could have been traveling the entire summer. The “where” could also be proven false. This is a Democrat stunt, nothing more.
At one point I thought her lawyers want Kavanaugh to testify first so they can have his denials and other details on the record before she testifies. Now I don't believe that anymore. They want him to testify first so the Democrats can question him about a baseless allegation that is only "credible" because he is willing to sit there and deny it. Once he is finished, Ford's lawyers would issue a statement that she has a "medical issue" and can't testify.

Oh, I think she will appear unless the Progressives so disrupt the process that Grassley continues to postpone or cancel the hearing. She is a lefty who wants to help the cause, plus she is going to get wealthy from this process. If that isn't enough motivation, she will be drugged and scripted heavily. Finally, she knows if she backs out after the full on assault on justice, she will be lucky to have any life at all after total destruction and shunning by the Left.
Same for me. It’s like a video playing in your head! That’s why three-quarters of women in the Huff Post poll don’t believe her, IMO. They remember the things along these lines (more or less severe than what she claims) like they were yesterday.
Grassley wants Ford to appear under oath and her lawyer doesn’t.
And even if she is totally insane and does testify, without corroboration, it is still a she said/he said situation and not enough to derail such an important confirmation. Honestly, I don’t see how we lose here other than a week’s delay.

In order to bring an accusation you must first have enough evidence to support the accusation.
Mr. Dershowitz is wrong on the standard. If Judge Kavanagh were accused of sexual assault at age 17 and found not guilty in a court of law, the accusation would have no bearing on his fitness for the Supreme Court today. There is no constitutionally based reason for the standard to be any lower when the accusation occurs 35 years later. Judge Kavanagh is presumed i`oxen until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. That is the basis of U.S. law. No other standard is accepptable.
If I were CBF’s attorney, I would tell her to say that it was a very realistic dream that you had. The people you named were all there in the dream.
