I hope some smart republican who wants to be a senator from Hawaii plans on using this stuff in ads. Hawaiian men attend to be masculine and wouldn’t take kindly to the Step Up For A Change comment.
Men of Hawaiian heritage are conservative Republicans. Men of Hawaii (mixture of all other ethnic backgrounds) are heavily in the camp of unions, government employees, and plantation boss followers. This is especially true of the 3rd and 4th generation Japanese. They are not deep thinkers, but very loyal followers of those they rely on to do the thinking.
