Kavanaugh knows well that it won’t matter. Attorneys are not interested in truth, in general. They want to prevail. These politicians are attorneys, and will do *anything* to prevail. They are scum, of course, but scum with an objective. To win at all costs.

“Sorry, Your Honor. Let’s get back to justice. What is justice? What is the intention of justice? The intention of justice is to see that the guilty people are proven guilty and that the innocent are freed. Simple, isn’t it? Only it’s not that simple. However, it is the defense counsel’s duty to protect the rights of the individual, as it is the prosecution’s duty to uphold and defend the laws of the State. Justice for all. Only we have a problem here. And you know what it is? Both sides wanna win. We wanna win. We wanna win regardless of the truth. And we wanna win regardless of justice, regardless of who’s guilty or innocent. Winning is everything!”

-Al Pacino (And Justice For All?)

I think one old man said years ago the problem with politics is simple too many lawyers, look how they are in the courtroom and then look how they are in congress, they have a bigger ego than fighter pilots in the military.

Don't agree this supposed calendar doesn't matter.

If this was written in 1982 the optics scream, "Prove me wrong".

Kavanaugh will fold his hands and watch the dems flail their arms around while their pseudo-indignation gets even crazier.

Calmly respond to their outbursts and laugh like crazy inside.

Ask to have a closing response and go Clarence Thomas speaking truth to power about how the public perception of guilt expressed by committee members, other dems, and the media at large is immoral, irresponsible, and tyrannical.

Go to facts, impossibilities to prove a negative which is why different kinds of evidence that passes scrutiny through cross-examination is vital, and examples where people were crucified by the process and the media , then later exonerated.

Start your ending with the famous, "Where do I go to get my reputation back?" and close with shame on this committee, shame on the media, and shame on those who presumed guilt with extreme prejudice, denying my right to due process.
