Voters Still Favor Kavanaugh Vote in Senate - And Want It Soon
Rasmussen Reports ^ | 09-25-2018

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell insists the U.S. Senate will vote on Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, and most voters still support that decision. There’s also only slightly less urgency in their minds about getting the job done.

Let’s vote already

I predict, Christine Sunglasses Ford will not testify, saying through her attorneys that some aspects of the structure of the hearing are unfair.

Then, she will be free to go yakk with Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar and Rachel Maddow and go on 60 Minutes, and tell her story. And none of that will be under oath, so no legal liability for her to go yakk it up with these media types at that point.

Vote! This evil assassination of character attempt by Progressive ideologues will continue.

I believe the Republicans have a slight problem like Flake, Murkowski and Collins. Maybe more.

I suspect the Dems may try and set up a fake hearing as they famously did with Sandra Fluke.

Get a location that looks like a Senate hearing room. Have important looking people ask questions from the podium. Have her sitting at a table with a Mrs. Ford nameplate and a glass of water. Have her answer softball questions and cry on cue.

Don’t be shocked if they try it.

Ford can testify or not, she has no new information other than a flimsy “allegation”. Vote Thursday night.

Vote now. Put the onus on the Senators. If they have not been convinced that this was planned they do not belong in any office. They are the criminals.

Senate Rules will preclude a vote of the entire Senate on Thursday. I think that the earliest will be next Tuesday. There could be a vote of the Judiciary Committee, but I’m not sure that if it is required.

Senator Cornyn just explained that the Judiciary Committee will vote on Friday and the nomination will be sent to the Floor of the Senate on Saturday with a vote on Tuesday.

HAHAHAHAHA That means the RATS have to stay in Washington over the weekend for the 30 hours of debate on the nomination.

Okay, I’ll tip my hat to Mitch on that...

I’m beginning to think this is correct.
If GWB was President, they would have won as he would have pulled it.
