Does that thing even qualify as a "polygraph test?"

There's a handwritten statement that was apparently prepared by Buzzy Ford, and it looks like they only asked her two questions:

1. Is any part of this false?
2. Has any part of this been altered?

I think they both/all should be given polygraph tests with a whole bunch of questions.
