The PA Supreme Court recently shot down the legally created Congressional district map, created by the state legislature. The Court then created it's own district map, and it was designed specifically to help the Democrats. Because of this, the Democrats are going to pick up a number of seats in PA! So I really wouldn't be looking for any help from that court!
