It ‘could’ intercept stealth aircraft and it ‘could’ fly out of my butt, too.
Either is as likely as the other.
You are way out of your league when it comes to the battle of radar and processing power increasing exponentially vs stealth aircraft hardware increasing with a new design every couple of decades.
It is a forgone conclusion that ADA will race ridiculously ahead of aircraft design. No serious person things otherwise. The best that can be done is to work on countermeasures.
