Michael Avenatti said Monday evening that his client, Julie Swetnick, did not witness first-hand Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh allegedly spiking the punch at high school parties in the early 1980s. But he knows a woman who claims to have seen the act, and while she is willing to speak to the FBI, she won't go public.
Avenatti, who is also the lawyer to porn star Stormy Daniels, made an appearance on CNN and was pressed to answer to doubts about Swetnick's credibility. During this conversation, host Chris Cuomo asked him to answer to an NBC News interview Swetnick did

Avenatti has called for the FBI to interview his client, who also says she was "gang raped at a party where Kavanaugh was present," along with two other women accusing Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct.

Precisely.
CPL is sowing the seeds to his own destruction.
Spiked the punch!? Good lord! Then he gave her a wedgie, a swirlie and a titty twister, drowned her kittens and burned down her parents house. Stop already!
Oh OK.. now its a friend who told her.
Anyone who gives Avenatti a forum of any kind is brain-dead.
Anyone who listens to the CPL is a FOOL!
One of Michael Avenatti’s friends told me that Avenatti was molesting little boys.
OK, you all know I’m lying.
Because Michael Avenatti never had any friends.
So Swetnick was gang-raped and knew others were being gang-raped, yet amazingly, as a legal, college-age adult, witnessed further gang rapes at subsequent parties with high schoolers and didnt ever report it.
And she wants to talk to the FBI? Knock yerself out, sister.
Who knew that the punch in the garbage can with Dry Ice “ smoke” wafting out of it had alcohol in it?
I was in college in the early 80s. Unless they were talking about jungle juice, which was usually mixed with grain alcohol, no one had punch at their parties.
I know there are some weird things at Yale, but punch at a party? Thats some 1950s stuff.
Next up on CNN: Kavanaugh acquaintance said that in 1977 he demanded a 12-year-old girl kiss him because a bottle pointed at her.
I heard from a guy who was there that Brett Kavanaugh left a floater in the toilet after that very same party.
And he told his friend Mark Judge about it and they laughed. Oh the laughter. The laughter.
We used to do that for special parties in college and we called it rocket fuel punch. Of course, we were in the chemistry dept so bootlegged chemically pure ethanol was readily available to us for special occasions like graduation, the departmental New Years Eve party or the Halloween party
For the rest of the American public, pure grain alcohol is not so easy to get your hands on because the BATF makes sure of that. Im pretty certain of this because recall that I tried pretty hard to secure a supply of pure grain alchohol for non departmental, off campus occasions and it was a total no go because of tight regulatory controls. Too bad because rocket fuel punch was pretty good stuff and the hangovers were remarkably light even after drinking an excessive amount
Similarly, Quaaludes were all but totally gone from the recreational drug scene by 1980 due to draconian government crackdown on the rampant Quaalude abuse of the 1970s. Quaaludes were highly regulated and eventually completely banned in the US in the time frame this chick claims Kavanaugh was pouring them into punch bowls
This persons credibility is in serious doubt due to her specificity because its all but impossible for high school students to have access to pure grain alcohol and Quaaludes in the time frame she claimed.
All of this makes women look hysterical and unreliable - you know - the stereotypes so-called “feminists” say they have been fighting.
The cause for real victims of sex crimes is being hurt by this insanity.
Avenatti has achieved “Allred credibility” status i.e. if he is your attorney, your claim is immediately suspect.
Translation: She’s a lying bitch!!!!
She needs a punch with a spike. El diablos lil liar-one of too many.
Hearsay.
The entire claim isnt credible. At least Ford testified to something she personally withessed.
That didnt happen with Julie Swetnick.
It's not helping with solving the problem of sex trafficking, (including minors), not just in other countries, but in the US. It's not helping the girls (now women) who were kidnapped out of their school in Africa. What about the girls and women who were captured by ISIS, enslaved, and forced to bear their children?
It shows a lack of compassion from the complainers. Even assuming someone sometime made them feel uncomfortable, they have had everything in life. They're sucking the oxygen out of the room as far as solving those very real world problems.
I went to a party at the University of Maryland in 1977. They were serving Hawaiian Punch with Everclear mixed in. I don’t know how anyone who had more than one drink of that stuff even survived.
