The Left wants to instigate Napoleonic Law where you have to prove your innocence rather than the courts having to prove you’re guilty. It’s the way in France as an example. To the Left the accusation is paramount rather than the evidence against it.
That destruction applies only to Republicans and normal people. It doesn’t apply to democrats and other abnormal people.
Should be called, ‘The Attempted Destruction of Presumption of Innocence’. As long as I’m alive, innocent until proven guilty is still a valid principle.

Yes. Presumed innocence is that shred left of true justice. Biased black racist jurors, leftist self-satisfied judges (pro illegals, pro sanctuary city, pro abortion, anti 2nd Ammendment), and other factors have weakened it but lack of presumed innocence will destroy justice.
Bad news: Frank Luntz says now 55%-37% women are against Kavanaugh. 49%-40 of men are for him. Hope poll is dead wrong.
So 55% of women watch biased TV news media and believe the lies! Or just the View and Ellen discussions with clapping seal audiences.

Going all according to their plan. The ‘Politics of Personal Destruction’ ramped up on steroids, with the advent of the Clinton Administration. I remember my father-in-law saying, ‘imagine voting for this person (Clinton) instead of a Statesman’. I DO remember being shocked by the Clinton Campaign’s tagline ‘It’s the economy, Stupid’. Never had any candidate called a sitting President (at least in my memory) STUPID (and the Bush family now embraces the Sink Emporer). This PPD form of Politics against us has been in evidence for a long time, but we are now JUST BEGINNING TO FIGHT BACK! Thank you, Donaldus Trumpus!
