Interesting release from the Capitol Police today says he was spotted by a witness Tuesday night sitting at a computer in “the senatorial office of a formal employer”. That witness subsequently got an e-mail threat, which is presumably what the witness tampering charge is about. Is there more than one Senator currently serving whose office that would have been?
