Forum shopped liberal district court judge who figures he can get away with a national injunction now that the Supreme Court makeup is 4 to 4 with Kennedy gone and when it is appealed a majority is required to overturn a district court injunction.4 to 4 does not do it. That is why it is so important to get the fifth conservative on the court

I think he should just tell the judge to go to Hell, or better yet ignore this unconstitutional affront to the separation of powers.
I am hoping that after the midterms with more support in both the House and Senate our president will start dealing with these rogue justices appropriately.

Dead wrong. Each branch has their enumerated powers given to them by the Constitution. The courts have no business involving themselves with immigration.
This judge needs to be removed from the bench, tried for crimes against the republic and HANGED.
