I am not a lawyer and will not argue the law.

In pragmatic, practical terms, you have that right. The evidence for that assertion is that none of the leftists has been imprisoned or fined or otherwise punished.

Again, when you must depend on the third party restaurant security, you have no effective defense except to retreat.

While I do not agree with that assessment and believe a dagger thrust to the offending gut is justified, I know it will not happen
