Impeachment is a political process, not a criminal one.

Once the impeachment genie gets out of the bottle, it wont be going back in.

A party in power can impeach any or all of the justices for anything really.

This is a great point. I thought of it once during the complaints by the left media at the end when it was becoming clear that Kavanaugh was going to be confirmed and they started in to the whole ‘partisan’ and ‘perjury’ junk, but I forgot about it since then.

Any time someone brings up Kavanaugh as a partisan, they need to bring up Ginsberg. If he is partisan she is an extremest by comparison.

She recently showcased her vile Democrat partisanship, dumping her venom on our most impressive president:

She’s a racist. She has hired a total of one black law clerk in her 25 years on the Supreme Ct. Kavanaugh hired that many in his first day on the job. Be interesting to hear liberals defend her record of not hiring African-Americans.

Someone please refresh my memory. Didn’t Kagan during her confirmation deny involvement in Obamacare discussions while in the administration when in fact that was not true? She then did not recuse herself. If the Dems want to start impeachment talk for confirmation perjury they best be careful.

Gingsberg still complaining about Trump’s TAX returns?

I was always taught that MY tax returns were between me, the IRS & the state government. NO ONE ELSE.

Someone has to show me where being President or even a candidate for President requires such a person to open up their tax returns.

Have we seen Ginsberg’s Tax returns? Roberts? Earl Warren?
