Manafort and anyone else convicted on the basis of fraudulently-obtained evidence should simply go free and be completely exonerated.

It's the basis for cooperation from the peasantry when gathering the information needed to do their jobs.
If it's shown that this confidential information is NOT secure, then the reason for "voluntary cooperation" is gone.
