Both the IRS and the Census Bureau have to be REAL careful about "confidential respondent information".

It's the basis for cooperation from the peasantry when gathering the information needed to do their jobs.

If it's shown that this confidential information is NOT secure, then the reason for "voluntary cooperation" is gone.

That's when the jobs of IRS agents and Census takers get REAL dangerous...
