I read about the defense attorney's proposed requests last summer shortly after he was charged so you just knew they would be cutting a "deal". Also read about his failed attempt at a gag order on the President on down, hehehehe.

I was in the dark about it all. All I knew was that this mega-leaker was arrested last winter.
