According to Ancestry.com I have black blood but less than 1%. That is really true and it amuses me greatly. My wife is an amateur genealogist and has spent much time trying to find out where the black blood comes from, but with no success as of now.

I want reparations and preferred teaching positions at Harvard as she.

Just call me “Little Black Feather” /sarcasm

I am really tired of all this racial crap!

My sister’s the genealogist in our family. My dad always swore that we had a native American in our family and my sister finally found her including a picture. She looked like my dad but with longer hair. Same exact skull shape and facial bones. I don’t think she was that far back from my dad so I’m sure I’m more Injun than Lizzy fork tongue.

My dad had flat feet too. Always had a heck of a time with shoes. He’d go down to the shop and try to beat the arch down or tear some of it out.

Our native American ancestor’s parent had converted to Christianity and when they did that, they took on English names as was standard practice. There were a LOT who converted.
