The military has the sonic beam things that use high-intensity sound above the ability to hear. They’ve used them in Iraq. They evidently work quite well at dispersing crowds.

Sounds good. I’ve looked into building one of those for the neighbor’s chronic barking dog. The off the shelf “bark stop” is not cutting it.
I want yelping, uncontrollable bowl evacuations and inevitable death with not a trace of involvement. ;)
