There was an article on FR that linked to it...I can’t recall which one. But as the article you referenced states, that can’t be a surprise, either in the way the ground is being covered over time, or the way in which the media covers it.

The article made it sound very businesslike...as soon as the shooting was over, everyone knew the script it seems.
